The hotel does not have a lift and the stairs are fairly steep. The hotel is LGBT-friendly and non-smoking. When a reservation name differs from the name on the credit card or it is a company card, the accommodation needs a copy of the passport of the credit card holder, and a copy of both sides of the credit card given online in advance via email or fax. The property will pre-authorize one or two weeks before the arrival date, with the first night rate for Standard Rateplan and full amount for Non-refundable Rateplan. Parking is available only at locations nearby, no private parking is available at the Hotel. Please note that this is a cashless property.
