At check-in, guests are provided with a telephone number for use, 24 hours a day, in case of emergencies. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the aparthotel of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Request Box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
