Please note: heating is available between November and March; air conditioning in July and August. For guests staying in the apartment, bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen only: € 10 per person every change; Sheets & towels: € 15 per person, every change. Please contact the property before arrival for rental. For guests staying in the apartment, a damage deposit of 150 euro in cash is requested upon arrival.
