Please print the Booking Confirmation email. This should be produced at check-in. Guests who anticipate arriving after 18.00 should contact the hotel in advance. This can be noted in the Comments Box when booking, or by using the contact details provided on the Booking Confirmation. Please note that for bookings of 15 or more guests, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Guests traveling with children under the age of 18 will need to book a private room or a bedroom that is only for the use of the same family or group of people with which the child travels. If guests are between 16 and 18 years old, a signed authorization by the parents/legal guardians will be required to stay in a private room that cannot be shared with other clients.
