When booking for more than 10 nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Reservations of more than 8 people are considered group reservations and carry special conditions. Flexible policy 5 cannot be applied to group bookings.
