All guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Minors travelling without their parents must present a valid statement as required by law. In cases of credit card payments, without the cardholder present, the hotel should receive an e-mail with the credit card details authorizing the charge to be made in the card supplied and the amount that should be charged. For reservations of more than 4 rooms, the hotel will ask for full payment of the reservation on the day of the booking. The reservation will have non-refundable conditions in case of cancellation or modification. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
